At last week's UCSC summer sustainability lecture series, I learned more about an excellent effort by a group of UCSC students to develop a municipal financing model for Santa Cruz suitable for like a solar tax district, based on examples in Berkeley or Boulder, CO.
Their first step was to build a social financing portal, which I would consider a must read for anyone interested in Clean Energy Municpal Financing. Good works guys and please keep it going.
